Bowling Green is a great place to raise a family. Low cost of living, good schools, great parks and a caring community all combine to make BG a great place to live and work. The diversity and cultural activities provided by the local university, BGSU, further enhances our community. There a large number of churches, pizza places and bars. Our mall is small and has suffered during the recent economic downturn however there several malls within 15-20 miles. We are home to the National Tractor Pull, enjoy the annual Wood County Fair in August and have a great Arts Festival with 3 days of art and live music in September. We are only about an hour from Lake Erie and Cedar Point Amusement Park.
